Small, family owned local cafes and diners. Fancy restaurants and dinner clubs. Chain restaurants. Fast food joints and drive throughs. Truck stops. The kind of eateries you see say a lot about the communities values and heritage.

Alaska restaurants offer incredible variety. In the bigger towns, you can find the chain restaurants and familiar fast food places. Throughout the state, you’ll find local cafes that are owned and operated by Alaskans. Many of the eaters cater to tourists.
